One setup fee, then a daily rate.
No subscription, no per-user licence, no feature tiers. Setup covers configuration, onboarding and your isolated tenant. After that you pay for the days you're actually running.

Priced on scope rather than a fixed list price, because the same module can mean very different work at different scales.

Pricing questions.
What counts as a "daily visitor"?
Peak people on site on your busiest day — attendees, staff, contractors, performers, everyone. Not ticket sales across the whole run. If you're genuinely unsure, tell us the numbers you do have and we'll work it out with you.
Why charge setup at all?
Because it is real work. Your tenant is provisioned, configured to your event, your roles and categories are built, accounts are created, and we walk your operators through it and dry-run the whole thing. That happens whether the event is one day or ten.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. Add every steward, supervisor and manager you need. Charging per user would push you toward sharing logins, which is precisely the behaviour an audit trail exists to prevent.
What about VAT?
All figures on this page exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
What if the event is cancelled?
Get in touch. Weather and licensing cancellations are a normal part of this industry, and we will agree something reasonable rather than charge a day rate for an event that did not run.
