Incidents in seconds
Two-stage capture gets it on the board immediately. The shared log takes one line at a time: type, hit enter, and every operator sees it instantly.
Event control room software
Control room software for large events. It runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install. Log an incident in seconds, send a team to it, and keep everyone looking at the same live picture.
MOTHER REPORTS SON MISSING, LAST SEEN BY THE ICE CREAM VAN AT GATE 3. 7YO, RED COAT, BLUE WELLIES.
CHECKLIST OPENED: MISSING CHILD — INITIAL ACTIONS
Illustrative. Every entry is timestamped, name-stamped, and visible to all connected operators the moment it is written.
The core platform
Every event gets all of it. There is no upgrade tier and nothing held back for a bigger package. Only the optional modules and on-site services further down are quoted separately.
Two-stage capture gets it on the board immediately. The shared log takes one line at a time: type, hit enter, and every operator sees it instantly.
People, vehicles, items and places are recorded once and linked to every incident they appear in. Open a record and you see the lot, in order.
Incidents are pinned on a live map with your own site plan laid over it, so they land on your gate numbers rather than an empty field.
Search across incidents, people and vehicles. Save the searches your control room runs again and again so they are one click away.
Send a secure link by text to anyone you need to reach, whether or not they use the system. They read the incident on their phone and confirm they have seen it. No account, no app.
Sensitive incidents can be hidden from all but senior staff, or locked so that opening one means typing a reason first. Every time somebody looks is recorded.
Five ready-made roles, from read-only up to event manager, and you can fine-tune what each one reaches. A gate steward's login can show the arrivals list and nothing more.
Reports that print properly, photos and documents attached to the incidents they belong to, and a complete record of every action taken.
Every screen shows whether it is still connected. The dangerous failure is not losing the internet, it is carrying on for ten minutes without realising you have.
Optional modules
Added per event, so a one-day show isn't paying for features it won't use.
Sign people and vehicles on and off site, with a live count of who is on the ground at any moment.
Track every team on site, from medics and stewards to traffic, infrastructure and stage crew, and send one to an incident in a single click. Every assignment and stand-down writes itself into the log.
Radios, buggy keys, medical kit, anything you hand out. See what is out, who has it and when it is due back, with alerts before things go missing.
Send bulk emergency SMS from a single page, with contact lists loaded in advance and delivery tracked per message.
Interoperability
JESIP, the Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles, is the shared method police, fire and ambulance use when they work an incident together. EventControl is built around the same five ideas, so an arriving officer recognises how your room runs.
On-site services
Delivered, installed and run by our engineers, so it all works before your team arrives and keeps working until strike.
Visitor and vehicle badges printed on arrival, tied to site access records.
Satellite and multi-network cellular, independent of local infrastructure.
With your event from setup to strike, covering EventControl and your wider kit.
A local mirror that takes over if the internet fails.
Programmed for your event, with repeaters where the site needs them.
On-site VoIP with external numbers and custom menus.
Rides through generator changeovers without a flicker.
Temporary coverage of gates and pinch points, live on the control room screens.
Data safety
Names, contact details, medical incidents, safeguarding concerns. The system is built so the careful option is also the easy one.
Your event runs on UK servers in a database of its own. It is never mixed in with another client's.
Keep records only as long as your policies require. When you're done, data is deleted on request, properly.
Staff see only the personal information their job needs, and the most sensitive incidents take a written reason to open.
A complete record of who looked at what and what changed, so you can answer properly if somebody asks what you hold about them.
Pricing
The setup fee covers getting your system built and your operators trained. A longer event shouldn't cost a fortune, so day six onwards is half price.
| Tier | Daily visitors | Setup | Day rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local | Up to 1,000 | £650 | £160 |
| Regional | Up to 10,000 | £950 | £220 |
| National | 10,000+ | £1,400 | £320 |
Non-profit, charity and youth organisations take 20% off the total. Tiers are a guide — if your event sits near a boundary we'll price it sensibly rather than argue about headcounts.
Questions
Yes. It has been running live at large multi-day residential events since 2022, on everything from lost property to welfare and safeguarding cases.
No app. It runs in a web browser on whatever laptops and tablets your team already has. Operators get a walkthrough before the event and most are confident within the hour, because writing in the log is deliberately the simplest thing the system does. Anyone who is just sent a link by text needs nothing at all.
Every screen shows its connection status, so operators know straight away. For events that cannot pause, we can supply satellite and mobile connectivity as a backup, and a second copy of your control room running on site that takes over if the link drops.
Yes. Everything you recorded about people, vehicles and places carries forward, so year two starts with what year one learned instead of an empty system.
On secure UK servers, in a database of its own that no other client shares. More detail on security and data.
